Only the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), President, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Pacific Choice are authorized to enter into binding contracts or agreements on behalf of the company. No other employee, representative, agent, or affiliate has the authority to bind Pacific Choice to any obligation, contract, or agreement unless expressly authorized in writing by one of the aforementioned officers.
